All PHS Alums are welcome to the Oct 7th Reunion, especially reunion classes for years 10,20,30,40,50,60 and beyond. The 50 year Reunion Class of 1967 is in charge with all classes joining in. The PHS Homecoming Football game is scheduled for Friday night Oct. 6th, with the homecoming parade in historic downtown Pawhuska.
Plan on attending the Huge Celebration of PHS. This is going to be up and beyond a Great Time.
Special Announcements will be forthcoming for the event in the future in the Journal Capital newspaper.

A Town Hall Meeting has been convened for tribal, state, and federal officials to share information with the Pawhuska community at large on the status of the gas purge leak at Pawhuska High School. The meeting will be held on Monday, August 21, 6:00 p.m., Pawhuska Community Center, 520 Lynn Ave., Pawhuska, OK.

Attached is the document defining our Drug Policy Program & Steps of Action, adopted on May 9, 2016.
The Pawhuska Public Schools takes the safety of our staff and students very seriously. All schools, PreK through 12, will be closed on, Thursday and Friday, August 17th and 18th. Due to the gas purge investigation that is taking place on our campus. Updates with further information will be posted on a day to day basis on our facebook page and on our website at pawhuskadistrict.org. Tonight’s back to school night for both Elementary and Indian Camp will be rescheduled.
The High School football scrimmage Friday, August 18th, has been moved to Barnsdall.

Parents and Patrons: We appreciate your support of our school district. Attached you will find a statement we have released regarding the gas purge site on our school campus. We are working closely with the Governor's Office and the Oklahoma Secretary of Energy and Environment. Additional inquiries may be made to the Director of Information, the Oklahoma Water Resources Board. We are working hard to provide information regarding any school changes and will share those as soon as possible.
