The Pawhuska Public Schools takes the safety of our staff and students very seriously. All schools, PreK through 12, will be closed on, Thursday and Friday, August 17th and 18th. Due to the gas purge investigation that is taking place on our campus. Updates with further information will be posted on a day to day basis on our facebook page and on our website at pawhuskadistrict.org. Tonight’s back to school night for both Elementary and Indian Camp will be rescheduled.
The High School football scrimmage Friday, August 18th, has been moved to Barnsdall.

Parents and Patrons: We appreciate your support of our school district. Attached you will find a statement we have released regarding the gas purge site on our school campus. We are working closely with the Governor's Office and the Oklahoma Secretary of Energy and Environment. Additional inquiries may be made to the Director of Information, the Oklahoma Water Resources Board. We are working hard to provide information regarding any school changes and will share those as soon as possible.
