The Osage County Interlocal Cooperative (OCIC) is hosting the Osage County Spelling Bee on Wednesday, March 11 at 1:00 PM. The competition will be available to watch via Zoom only. Students attending; Parker Matozo, Armando Matozo, Ryann Morgan, Piper Hunt, and Colton McCosar.
Thank you to OCIC for providing funding so that Pawhuska 8th and 10th grade as well as Bowring and South Coffeyville could take the Reality U workshop. Reality U is a financial literacy program designed make students think critically about their choices now that may impact their finances long term. Thank you to the adult as well as some of our older students for volunteering.

The Junior High baseball game at Copan today has been cancelled due to the weather.

This Halloween, Pawhuska junior high teachers went all out with a themed activity that was just a bit pun-derful! They decided to embrace the number 67, and of course, some fabulous educators couldn’t resist turning it into a “sick seven” situation, creating a little pun-filled chaos all around the school.

Pawhuska Junior High School will be having PICTURE day on Wednesday October 29th in the gym! If picture day is missed by a student there will be picture retakes on December 17th! 📸

Pawhuska District Enrollment Information
Aug 4th, 5th and 6th
9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
All grades - Elementary Cafeteria - 1700 Lynn Ave.
We will have staff available to help you with the enrollment process.
New Students - will need to enroll in person. Please bring the required documents: Birth Certificate, Immunization Record, Tribal Cards (if applicable), Guardianship/Custody paperwork.
Returning Students - Parents/Guardians may complete the entire enrollment process online through the parent portal in Sylogist beginning Aug 4th. https://oked.sylogist.com/Pawhuska
We ask that the online enrollment process is complete before schedules or homeroom teachers will be released. This ensures we have the correct contact information for school call outs, closings, etc.

Mrs. Culver's 8th Graders had to create a board game over a specific genre of choice. It was literature/novel based. The students nailed the assignment and created board games that are retail worthy! Great Job to the 8th Grade class at Pawhuska Junior High!
