Step 1: Visit the Rank One Sport Parent Portal
To begin, go to the Rank One Parent Portal:

Then click on "Parents Click Here" or select "Parent" from the user type options.
Step 2: Locate Your Child’s School
You’ll need to search for your child’s school district:
Enter the state where the school is located.
Select your child’s school or school district from the drop-down list.
Click “Proceed to Forms”.
Step 3: Create a Parent Account
Once you’re on the school’s forms page:
Click “Create New Account” in the top right corner.
Fill in the required information:
First and last name
Email address
Create a secure password
Agree to the terms of service and submit.
You’ll receive a verification email. Click the link in that email to confirm your account.
Step 4: Add Your Student(s)
Once logged in:
Navigate to the "My Students" section.
Click “Add New Student”.
Enter your child’s:
First and last name
Date of birth
School
Student ID (if required by the school)
Click “Save” to connect your child to your account.
Step 5: Complete Required Forms
After adding your student:
Go to the “Forms” section.
Fill out any required electronic participation forms.
Upload physical exam forms or other documentation, if applicable.
Double-check that each form is submitted and shows as “Complete.”
Step 6: Use the Platform to Stay Informed
Once your account is set up and forms are submitted, you can use Rank One Sport to:
Receive alerts or updates from your child’s coaches or athletic staff
View game schedules (if the school has enabled this feature)
Monitor form statuses and eligibility

Pawhuska Public Schools has made the switch to Rank One which is a secure platform that allows parents to complete forms, monitor eligibility, and receive important updates from coaches and athletic departments.
Please make sure your student is linked to your account by selecting "Profile Management" or "Add Profile" below. Be prepared to provide your student’s ID number, date of birth, and other demographic details.

If you do not know your students I.D number you can find it on the parent portal in wengage, make sure it is not the state I.D number.
You will need to have all the forms signed. If the school has your students physical on file do not worry about uploading it to Rank one. If you have questions please get a hold of coach Hughes at the high school. Thank you.

Seniors,
your transcripts and diplomas are ready to be picked up at the high school office. The office is open from 9am until 3pm.
